Since 1994, hiTechSherpa formerly (MacMEDIC) has been providing exceptional computer repair and technology solutions for both home and small businesses alike. Our specialties include; the Apple Macintosh platform, iOS devices, out of warranty repairs, custom hard drive configurations, upgrades and data recovery.

We're still the same Mac guru's who love to help the Macintosh community. So it you're tired of lines, appointments and not getting a human on the other end of the phone give us a shout. We really do know our stuff while others portend to.

Oakland Location will be closing

We are closing our location in Oakland, and our last day will be May 30th. It was a pleasure serving the East Bay and hopefully one day we will return. We have a beautiful shop in San Francisco. Stop by anytime to say hi. And if you want to venture over the bridge for a repair, we'll be happy to pay your toll.
